About Me

I am an academic and author based in Romania, having published a five-part series of essays with Curtea Veche—one of the foremost publishing houses in my country. I envisaged my work as a series of ideas that collectively form a symbolic pentagram of knowledge. My intellectual journey has been influenced by the cultural perspectives of thinkers such as René Berger and Pierre Bourdieu, along with the visionary insights of Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke.

My mission is all about making the links between culture and technology, literature and algorithms, memory and the future. I was pretty excited about the big changes in the tech industry, especially the new algorithms and the strong emphasis on meritocracy. I'm also passionate about promoting ethical AI and nurturing a posthuman ecology of meaning.

As well as studying, I've decided to teach myself web development because I'm curious and love creating clean, efficient, state-of-the-art interfaces. In my free time, I like to play around with my static web project here, using semantic HTML5, modular CSS, and vanilla JavaScript for interactive features. I make sure to incorporate responsive design, use Git for version control, and optimise everything for different browsers. But coding is more than just a hobby for me—it's a part of my identity.

I'm also proud to carry on a family tradition that's over two hundred years old and part of Romania's rich cultural heritage. I'm doing my best to keep it alive and well while also coming up with new ways to address the challenges we face in the 21st century.

About This Website

Hosted on GitHub—the world’s leading platform for collaborative coding and open-source transparency, this isn’t just a mere personal website; it’s a Progressive Web App (PWA) that serves as a dynamic archive of technocultural insights. Drawing inspiration from Tim Berners-Lee’s dream of the Semantic Web, this space reveals a variety of data structures, including but not limited to ontologies in the OWL format. In addition, it has been designed to be algorithm-friendly, incorporating breadcrumbs as a means of navigation.

Think of it as a vibrant sphere where you can find news, dive into the world of my essays, and discover possible facets of the future. It’s all about engaging with ideas that go beyond just the usual back-and-forth, helping us reconnect with the true spirit of Art Nouveau in our digital world. Features like offline access, RSS syndication and a sleek liquid glass UI enhanced by cinematic gradients make for a great blend of technology and creativity.

This hub is more than just another part of the network—it's a real nod to our algorithm-driven world. The guy who created it isn't just all talk, he's actually done the work, writing every single line of code himself. Everything from service workers to semantic markup shows the dedication to this project.
